Support Coordination

What is
Support Coordination?

Support Coordination is a service that you may currently have in your plan.

If not, it is something you can ask to have included.

A Support Coordinator works a bit like your own NDIS personal assistant!

The purpose of the role, is to coordinate all the supports you have been provided, within your NDIS plan.

Lou - Support Coordinator

(Founder and Director)

Lou loves her technic lego!  Anything with motors... a bit of a geek!

Lou has a busy house with four silkie chickens who all have very funny personalities, all named from one of Lou's favourite movies, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels......Rory, Winston, Bacon and Hatchet.

Lou also has two dogs - Pixie and Woody - an unlikely combo but they are best friends!

"I love getting to know my clients, being part of their lives and helping them get exactly the right help.  We are all different, with different needs and different ways of looking at life....there is no one-size fits all solution...that's where I really get stuck into each challenge to find the 'right fit' for my clients"
